My favourite ever cake is the cauliflower bun from the UK bakery Bettys. I have been addicted to them for many years, sponge inside, a layer of buttercream and encased in a marzipan. This year they produced limited edition apples and pears, but they really were not as tasty as my old friend the cauliflower bun! I just thought i'd share that with you as i think they are a work of art!
